-Rare Art Deco Chinese Carved Amethyst Flower Basket Necklace-Silver Gilt

  

A very different carved amethyst in the form of a basket and a gold gilt frame with gold guilt filagree flowers and leaves topping the basket form. I believe to be rare. The Rollo chain is original to the piece gold gilt is not there but it is on the basket please see pictures. The amethyst measures approximately 1 x 3/4 of an inch and carved in a basket weave with a faceted fat belly on the back.

The chain on the basket measures 9 inches on each side the basket measures 2 inches by an inch and a half approximately. FabulousFabulous gift for the February birthday lady. Or maybe give for Christmas.
