Antique Chinese Export Sterling Gold Gilt Filigree Lapis Lazuli Panel Bracelet
Stunning and rare antique Chinese Export gold gilt over sterling silver filigree, enamel details and lapis lazuli cabochon panel bracelet made in China exclusively for export to the west some time between 1920 and 1948. It is unusual to see lapis lazuli stones on this type of bracelet. This bracelet features five panels each with an oval shaped lapis lazuli cabochon with a desirable deep blue tone surrounded by intricate filigree and ornate butterfly themed enamel details in varying shades of blue and purple. Excellent condition for a century old piece with clasp and safety chain in working order. No issues on the enamel areas, minimal wear on the gold gilt and all the stones appear to be in great shape. Length (internal circumference when closed): 7 (17.8 cm). Width: 1-1/10 (2.8 cm). Size of Lapis Lazuli Cabochons: 14 x 10 mm. Marks: S925 [on tongue clasp, quite worn]. Vintage and/or antique merchandise may have some degree of visible wear and/or patina. This is considered normal and can be a part of the overall appeal and charm. I do my best to mention any specific condition issues. All items are described to the best of my knowledge. My jewelry items arrive attractively packaged and ready for gifting.
