Antique Chinese China Qing Silver Enamel Gilt Jade Censer Incense Burner 1900

  

An antique Chinese export silver incense burner of archaistic ding form, the rectangular-sectioned body brightly enamelled and embellished with semi-precious gems with meandering scrolling leaves and flowers, confronted face finely decorated with carved jadeite plaques with auspicious dragon and phoenix pattern, the rim surmounted by a pair of upright arched-form handles, all raised on four high splayed legs, jade finial on the lid. Dimensions: Height: 5 3/4 in (14.6 cm) Width: 5 1/8 in (13 cm).

Condition: Good as seen in the photos, some decorated stones are missing. Please observe the photos carefully.
