AMAZING Antique CHINESE Double Reverse Hand-PAINTED GLASS Silver Gilt Pendant. I've never seen anything quite like this beauty before, and I'm sure I probably won't see another! This is a LARGE, baluster shaped pendant, comprised of what I would describe as a pale, transluscent vaseline type glass.

It is, unquesyiobaly, a CHINESE export piece from no later than the the 1920's I should say It measures a LARGE. Approximately, long and weighs a hefty. As can be seen, this is exquisitely and intricately HAND painted, rather like those snuff bottles, seemingly from the INSIDE, with detailed mountain and woodland scenese to both side, along with a pagoda. It has a gold rim along its whole length, (vermeil), and is stamped SILVER to the bale. It is in a very good antique condition, free from damage or blemish. It is amongst the most beautiful and intriguing items I have seen in a long time. Absolutely guaranteed to delight, not just the lucky recipient, but all who will undoubtedly admire and covet it. NB: I do NOT, unfortunately, have a suitable chain for this item.
